I already have a device. Can I use it?

Yes. A uFace device connects to the system directly. If you use a ZKTeco, Hikvision or other brand device, we offer an integration service to connect your existing device to the system. Send us the brand and model, and we’ll work out the right approach together.

What are my options if I get the device from you?

We supply devices for every budget: uFace and other models. We choose the right device together based on your staff, branches and preferred clock-in methods, and we handle the installation.

Which clock-in methods are available?

On the uFace device, staff can clock in and out by face, card or PIN. Each employee uses the method that suits them; those who prefer not to share facial data use a card or PIN.

How is my facial data protected?

Your facial data is processed only with your explicit consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time; your facial data is then deleted from the devices. Photos are stored encrypted on the server, sent only to the devices in your branch and, by default, deleted after sending.

Where is the data stored?

Data is stored in data centres in the European Union (Germany), on infrastructure that meets GDPR standards. Each company’s data is kept separate and only authorised users can access it.

How long does installation take?

Connecting a device takes minutes: the setup wizard prepares the server addresses the device needs. Then shifts are defined, staff are imported and consents are collected. If you get the device from us, installation is included in the package.

Are records lost if the internet goes down?

No. The device also keeps clock-in records in its own memory. Once the connection is back, missing records can be transferred from the device to the system.

Can I manage several branches from one account?

Yes. You manage all branches from one panel, define each branch’s devices and staff separately, and get reports broken down by branch.

Does annual leave follow Turkish Labour Law?

Yes. Paid annual leave is calculated by seniority under Turkish Labour Law (İş Kanunu), Art. 53: 1–5 years 14 days, 5–15 years 20 days, 15 years or more 26 days. Employees aged 18 or under or 50 or over get at least 20 days.

Which languages do you support?

Technical support is available in Turkish, English and Vietnamese. The panel can also be used in these three languages.

How is pricing determined?

The uFace device supports three clock-in methods. Use what suits your business and your people; staff who prefer not to share facial data use a card or PIN.

Face
Staff enrol their face with explicit consent; no more carrying, forgetting or sharing cards.
Card
The familiar card clock-in. Also a fit for staff who prefer not to share facial data.
PIN
A personal PIN code for staff who don’t have their card with them or don’t use one.

KVKK and security

Facial data, handled with the care it deserves.

Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), facial data is sensitive personal data. The system is designed around KVKK’s explicit consent rule.

Explicit consent only
Facial data is never processed without the employee’s explicit consent. Each consent is stored with the version of the text accepted.
Consent can be withdrawn
Employees can withdraw consent at any time; their facial data is deleted from devices. Those who don’t consent use a card or PIN.
Encrypted storage
Photos are stored on the server encrypted with AES-256 and, by default, deleted once sent to the devices.
Privacy notice included
The privacy notice and explicit consent texts are filled in with your company details automatically.
Isolated company data
Each company’s data is kept separate; personal fields are masked in device traffic logs.
European standards
