Data controller

The data controller for personal data processed on the pdks.skyintegra.com product pages and in the quote form is Sky Integra Ltd (SKY INTEGRA LTD), the owner of the SkyIntegra brand: a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16897261, registered office Unit 501 Leroy House, 434-436 Essex Road, London, N1 3FY, United Kingdom. For any questions or requests about this notice, write to info@skyintegra.com.

For employee data processed in the business panel, which runs at the same address (pdks.skyintegra.com), on behalf of customer companies, see “Panel and employee data” below.

Personal data we process

When you submit the quote form, we process:

• Company name, your full name, your email address, your phone number (optional)
• Number-of-employees range, number of branches (optional), device situation and, if any, device brand and model, your message (optional)
• The language in which you filled in the form
• The time at which you confirmed reading the privacy notice and the version of the notice you confirmed
• Your shortened (masked) IP address: everything except the first three parts of an IPv4 address, or the first 48 bits of an IPv6 address, is set to zero; the full IP address is not stored
• Browser information (User-Agent), up to 255 characters

We do not collect personal data when you simply browse the site: there are no analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools. The server technically uses your IP address to deliver pages to you; the request limit that protects the quote form against abuse keeps the IP address only temporarily in memory.

Purposes

• To assess your quote request, prepare a suitable quote and contact you
• To prevent automated and abusive use of the form (spam, excessive requests) and keep it secure
• To be able to demonstrate that the information obligation has been fulfilled

Legal grounds

• Your form details: KVKK Art. 5/2-c — processing is directly related to entering into a contract (your quote request and the quotation process)
• Masked IP address, browser information and the confirmation record: KVKK Art. 5/2-f — the legitimate interest of the data controller (security, preventing abuse, evidence), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed

The checkbox in the form is for you to confirm that you have read this notice; it is not a declaration of explicit consent. Data in the quote form is not processed on the basis of explicit consent.

How data is collected

Data is collected electronically when you fill in the quote form, and automatically when the form is submitted (masked IP, browser information, confirmation time).

Retention

Quote request details are kept for 2 years after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. If our quote leads to a contract, data relating to the contractual relationship is kept for the periods required by the applicable legislation.

Disclosure and transfer abroad

The site and quote requests are hosted in data centres in Germany (European Union) operated by our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH. Under KVKK Art. 9 this constitutes a transfer of personal data abroad; the provider’s access is limited to providing the hosting service.

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing and is not sold. It may be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities where required by law.

Marketing and advertising

We do not use your quote form details to send marketing emails. There are no third-party advertising or tracking tools on the site.

Panel and employee data

The SkyIntegra PDKS business panel (pdks.skyintegra.com) is used by customer companies. The data controller for employee data processed in the panel (identity, clock-ins, shifts, leave, facial data) is the relevant customer company; SkyIntegra processes this data on the company’s behalf and on its instructions, as a data processor.

Privacy notices and explicit consent texts for employees are provided in the application separately for each company, with the company’s details. Facial data is processed only with the employee’s explicit consent; consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time, after which the facial data is deleted from the devices. An uploaded face photo is stored encrypted (AES-256) on the server and, by default, deleted once it has been sent to the devices. Employees who do not consent clock in with a card or PIN.

Requests about data processed in the panel should be addressed to your employer (the relevant company).

Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

Regarding your personal data, you have the right to:

• Learn whether it is processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7
• Request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of corrections, deletion or destruction
• Object to an outcome against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You can send your request by email to info@skyintegra.com. Requests are concluded as soon as possible depending on their nature, and within thirty days at the latest. If your request is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

If you are in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the GDPR, such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can contact us about these at the same email address.

Security

Communication between the site and the server is encrypted (HTTPS). Quote requests are kept in a separate management panel (platform administration) that only authorised SkyIntegra administrators can access; logins and actions in this panel are logged for security.

Changes

We may update this notice; the current version is always on this page. When the notice in the quote form changes, the version you confirmed is recorded.
